There are several piers or floating docks into the lake which allow for easy access to fishing or just nature watching.

The area also has two covered fish shacks bordering the river, a concrete handicap accessible boat launch plus a floating pier access into the river.  In the river there is sturgeon fishing year round, and when the salmon are running there is great salmon fishing either from the pier or in your boat and in the lake there is seasonal fishing.
